Student-reported recall from the October 2026 PPE attempt.
1. Presentation
Topic: Decision making under uncertainty
The candidate reported that the presentation was conducted by a male assessor and no follow-up question was asked after the presentation.
2. Interview
The interview was reportedly conducted by a female assessor. Questions recalled by the candidate included:
- Introduce yourself.
- If you had the power to ban one thing from the workplace, what would you ban?
- How would you face failure?
- If you were a team leader and the other team members were older than you, how would you gain their trust?
- Which would you choose: a profession or a business?
3. Group Discussion
Topic: Is remote work better than office work?
The candidate reported that only two students were in the group and chose the remote-work side.
- Each participant first explained why they selected remote work or office work.
- The assessor then asked follow-up questions related to the topic.
- Participants were expected to explain and defend their viewpoint.

1. Group Discussion
Topic: Is competition necessary in the workplace?
There were three participants in the group. The assessor asked them to have a collaborative discussion rather than waiting for individual turns.
- Participants shared their viewpoints naturally as a group.
- They asked each other questions during the discussion.
- The group concluded the discussion on a common pitch.
2. Interview
After around 20–30 minutes, the candidate was called for the interview. Questions recalled included:
- Introduce yourself.
- What are your short-term and long-term goals?
- How would you make a decision when there is incomplete information?
- What would you do if your senior is not very cooperative at the workplace?
- How would you handle stress at the workplace?
3. Presentation
Topic: Decision making under uncertainty
The candidate reported that the female assessor was cooperative. She first asked for a brief introduction to the presentation topic and then asked the candidate to share the screen.
After the presentation, the assessor politely pointed out that the last slide was not visible. The candidate apologized and shared the screen again.
